Tony has over 20 years of experience providing Commercial Real Estate & Small Business financing nationwide. As Director of Finance for Commercial Lending Pros he
has assisted hundreds of small businesses and investors in applying for SBA, USDA & FHA/HUD financing throughout the U.S. Tony also has developed relationships with dozens of private money sources to assist investors, entrepreneurs and organizations with their financial needs when traditional bank and government financing programs don’t seem to work. Tony has most recently helped a wide variety of individuals and businesses qualify for Paycheck Protection Program forgivable government loans and Economic Injury Disaster Loans during the COVID-19 pandemic. He currently is focused on private money financing and developing new business joint venture partnerships through DeCresie Ventures Unlimited, LLC and a select network of independent investors looking for opportunities to
maximize their return on investment while maintaining significant control over how their funds are invested.



Grant Writing / Funding Procurement / Financial Administration Specialist

Diann Wilson is a Subject Matter Expert with over 21 years of experience in Planning and Procurement. Diann has assisted clients in receiving tens of millions of dollars in funding for their businesses
and organizations. She is a certified Master Trainer on grant writing and government funding procurement using local, state and federal grant programs. She possesses extensive expertise in the fields of grant management, business plan development, budgeting and financial administration.



Customer Relations Manager

Stacie Nerdahl is a Subject Matter Expert in General Administration and Municipal Finance with over 30 years of experience in those fields. She has a keen sense for detail orientation and interactive client experiences. Stacie is a true joy to work with as any of our clients will tell you from experience.



Administrative and Marketing Support

Coming from generation Z,  Isabella brings a new set of eyes to the team. Although new to this position, she is not new to working within our organization. Since 2014, Isabella has been employed on a part-
time basis with several of our divisions working on projects ranging from website creation to financial accounting to market research to customer relations. We’re excited to watch her continue to grow her
responsibilities and take on a bigger role within our team.
